3.5 lb. pork or ham roast
1 C orange juice
1 C water
1/4 C brown sugar
1/2 tsp whole cloves

Place the roast in the crockpot. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the roast. Cook on low for about 6 hours. As long as there is liquid in the pot then you won't over cook it. To serve, slice roast and drizzle with sauce from crockpot. Garnish with sliced pineapples.
